Print Photo Studio

Create perfectly sized, print-ready photo sheets.

Designed for iPhone and iPad · Private on-device processing

Overview

Print Photo Studio helps you create precisely sized photo sheets directly on iPhone and iPad. Select your photos, choose a popular print size or enter custom dimensions, review the finished pages, and save, share, or print the result.

Add up to 50 photos at once. Smart Crop uses on-device face detection to keep faces and groups within the selected frame whenever possible, while Center Crop provides a predictable, evenly centered alternative.

Print Photo Studio prepares photo output at 300 DPI, arranges images efficiently across compatible page sizes, and preserves the selected physical photo dimensions in the generated PDF. The direct-print layout can adapt to the printer paper while keeping each photo at its chosen physical size.

No account is required. Selected photos, cropping, page layout, PDF generation, and print preparation are handled on your device. Your photos are not uploaded to developer-controlled servers.

Features

How It Works

Add your photos

Choose up to 50 images using Apple’s system Photos picker.

Choose the exact size

Select a preset or enter custom dimensions, then choose the PDF page and margins.

Choose the crop

Use Smart Crop for face-aware framing or Center Crop for an evenly centered result.

Preview and output

Review the finished photo sheets, then save the PDF, share it, or print directly from the app.

Lifetime Pro

The Free Plan includes 15 completed Save, Share, or Print actions. A completed action counts only after it succeeds; cancelled or failed actions are not counted.

Lifetime Pro unlocks unlimited saving, sharing, and printing with one in-app purchase. There is no subscription. The App Store displays the price for your country or region before you confirm and lets you restore the purchase on supported devices linked to your Apple Account.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Print Photo Studio (“the app”) and this support website handle information.

Print Photo Studio does not require an account and does not use advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking. Your selected photos and photo sheets are processed on your device and are not uploaded to the developer.

Data Collection

The app does not collect or transmit your personal data, photo contents, prepared photo sheets, or exported PDF documents to the developer through the app. The developer does not sell or share that information and does not store it on developer-controlled servers.

The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, health data, advertising identifiers, or tracking information through the app.

On-Device Processing

Photo importing, image preparation, face detection, cropping, page layout, PDF generation, preview rendering, and direct print preparation are performed on your device. The app does not send your photos to external image-processing, analytics, advertising, or artificial-intelligence services.

Smart Crop uses Apple’s on-device technologies to detect faces and improve framing. Face-detection results and photo contents remain on your device and are not transmitted to the developer.

Photo Selection

When you choose Add Photos, the app uses Apple’s system Photos picker. The app receives only the images you explicitly select and does not request unrestricted access to browse your photo library for this purpose.

The selected images are used only to prepare the photo sheets you request. They are not transmitted to the developer.

Temporary Files and Local Preferences

The app may create local temporary working copies of selected photos, prepared images, and generated PDF files so it can display previews and complete Save, Share, and Print actions. These files stay within the app’s local storage while they are needed. The app removes its managed temporary working files when the app starts and when a new photo selection begins. The operating system may also manage temporary storage.

The app stores limited preferences and status on your device, including the selected measurement unit, page-margin preference, the number of completed free actions, selected notice preferences, and a local record of Lifetime Pro status. This information is used only to provide the app’s features and is not sent to the developer.

PDF Files, Sharing, and Printing

PDF files are created only as part of the photo-sheet workflow. When you choose Save, Apple’s system file interface lets you choose the destination. The app does not browse unrelated files or folders.

When you use the iOS or iPadOS Share Sheet, choose a storage provider, or send a print job, the app passes the PDF only to the destination, app, service, or printer you select. That destination may process the file under its own terms and privacy policy. The developer does not control the privacy practices of destinations you choose.

In-App Purchases

Lifetime Pro purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple provides the app with the product, transaction-verification, and entitlement information needed to display, unlock, and restore Lifetime Pro.

App Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, profiling tools, cross-app tracking, or tracking technologies. It does not display third-party advertising and does not track you across apps or websites.

Apple System Services and Other Destinations

The app relies on system features provided by Apple, including the Photos picker, Files interface, Share Sheet, printing, and the App Store purchase system. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

If you choose a third-party app, cloud-storage provider, printer, or other destination, that destination may receive the PDF you intentionally send to it and may handle it under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Temporary photo and PDF working files remain locally only while needed for the current workflow and are subject to the cleanup behavior described above. You can also remove the app and its local data by uninstalling it, subject to Apple’s device backup, restoration, and operating-system behavior.

PDFs saved to Files, sent through the Share Sheet, or delivered to another destination are separate copies. They remain in the destination you selected until you delete them there. Uninstalling the app does not delete files previously exported outside the app.

Because the developer does not maintain app accounts or store your photos and PDFs on developer-controlled servers, there is no remote photo account for the developer to delete. Lifetime Pro purchase records are maintained by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Device Backups

Depending on your device and Apple settings, locally stored app preferences may be included in an Apple device backup or restored by Apple. Backup and restoration are controlled by you and Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

Support Communications

If you voluntarily contact the developer by email, the developer receives your email address, message, and any files or other information you choose to include. This information is used only to respond, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep necessary support records. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to track you.

Please do not include private or sensitive photos in a support email unless they are necessary for your request. You may ask the developer to delete a support conversation, subject to any information that must be retained for legal, security, or record-keeping obligations.

This Website

This is a static support website. It does not provide user accounts, forms, advertising, analytics, developer-set cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.

The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. As the hosting provider, GitHub may process standard technical information associated with web requests, such as an IP address, browser information, and request logs, according to GitHub’s own privacy practices. The developer does not use this website to combine that information with app photo data.

Children’s Privacy

The app is a general-purpose photography and productivity tool and is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

Keeping photo processing on the device reduces exposure to external systems. No method of device storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, device passcode, backups, exported PDFs, selected share destinations, and support emails.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app’s features, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. Any update will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes apply from the date stated in the updated policy.
